We’re happy that on 13 May 2016 our Kaloyan Yordanov realized the opportunity to give a talk about our work to the students from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, i.e. the University of Slow Food.
They were in Bulgaria for student seminar and visited different places in Southwestern Bulgaria with their leaders Dessislava Dimitrova and Lyudmil Haydutov from Slow Food Bulgaria. The event was hosted by Fatima Haji from the Lebanese restaurant Phoenicia. She greeted the students herself.
After a very delicious dinner everyone danced together. The students said that Sofia is Berlin of Southwestern Europe
