INVITATION TO CONVENE A GENERAL ASSEMBLY
OF MULTI KULTI COLLECTIVE

Pursuant to Article 26 of the Law on Non-Profit Legal Entities (LNPLE) and Article 13 of the Statute, the Management Board of the association “Multi Kulti Collective” (hereinafter “the Association”) convenes a General Assembly of the members of the Association on 29 September 2025 (Monday) at 19:00 Bulgarian time at Restaurant “Shtastlivetsa” – San Stefano Plaza, 22 San Stefano Street, Sofia, as well as via video conference on the Zoom platform at the following address: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/
- Adoption of the Annual Financial Report and the Annual Activity Report of the Association for 2024;
- Other matters: discussion of current and future projects and other matters.
In the absence of a quorum, pursuant to Article 27 of the LNPLE and Article 14(2) of the Statute of the Association, the meeting shall be held one hour later at the same place and with the same agenda, regardless of the number of members present.
The materials relating to the items on the agenda of the meeting, namely the Annual Financial Report and the Annual Activity Report of the Association for 2024, will be sent by email to each member of the Association no later than 3 days before the meeting.
